Patti Noss
Vice-President

I have lived in Lower Paxton Township my entire life after moving here at age 2. I have raised my family here and enjoy the area very much.

I own a company that focuses on vulnerable children in the child welfare system and serve on numerous groups and committees to combat child abuse and to improve the child welfare system.

This is my second year serving as part of the Koons Pool Board of Directors. I was a lifeguard at the pool for four years and taught Learn To Swim classes at various points.  I am fully committed to ensuring the community can have an enjoyable and safe experience at the pool

Forrest Healey
Secretary

Owner/Operator - Forrest Healey Electric, LLC.

Executive Director - Bike A Better Path

Grew up in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV. Spent many summers on our boat at Lake Mead, NV and at our cousins’ pool enjoying our tans, conversations meeting new life-long friends. At 10 years old, I helped my dad fix boats in his boat yard with my brother until we graduated high school. After joining the Navy, I ended up back in Las Vegas with my brother wiring homes in the 90’s when Vegas was booming. Eventually met my wife(a teacher) from State College and we ended up moving to Central PA to be close to her family in 2002. We really have enjoyed Lower Paxton raising our 3 girls(now teenagers) in great schools with great neighbors!
